One team for planning, design, development and security

Every plan combines care-sector planning, clear copy, responsive design, development, accessibility and security. We manage the work from discovery through launch and ongoing care.

Built Around HCS & TxHmL

Family choice, case manager referrals, waiver programs and DSP staffing shape the site before design begins.

Program Pages Families Understand

Residential homes, host home and companion care, day habilitation, supported employment and respite, in plain language.

Recruit Staff & Host Homes

A direct support careers page with mobile apply and a host home provider recruitment page, built to fill unstaffed homes.

Win The Provider Call

When a family comes off the interest list holding a list of names, your site is what makes them pick you.

Client Stories

A clinic team member smiling on a phone call at a sunlit desk.

“Patients tell us they found us on Google and booked from their phone before they ever called. The site finally explains what we do, and Velstand keeps it running so we never think about it.”

“They understood IDD group homes before we explained a thing. The site shows the platform instead of describing it, and every edit came back the same week.”

Have Questions

Three kinds of care providers, all in Texas: senior living and assisted living communities, home care agencies, and providers running group homes, host homes and day programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Websites and SEO only. No branding, no print, no social media management.

A one-time build fee and a monthly care plan. The build fee covers care-sector planning, plain-language copy, responsive design, development, accessibility and technical testing, HIPAA-safe form handling where needed and launch. The care plan covers managed hosting, backups, security monitoring, updates, edits, local search work and lead reporting. It runs for a 12 month minimum. IDD provider sites start at $2,500 and $350 a month, home care at $4,500 and $850, and senior living at $8,500 and $1,200.

A group home or day program site on our provider template goes live about a week after we have your content. Home care sites take three to four weeks. Senior living communities take six to eight weeks, mostly because of photography and the family-facing writing.

Yes. Inquiry forms run on HIPAA-safe infrastructure, and where a form could carry protected health information we sign a business associate agreement with you. A standard web form that emails a personal inbox does not meet that bar, and we will not ship one.

Yes. Every site we build is built toward WCAG 2.2 AA: large readable type, strong contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive links and clear forms, so a relative of any age or ability can find care types, costs and openings easily.

That is usually where we start. Every plan includes a careers page built to convert on a phone: three fields, text-to-apply, job board feeds. For home care and IDD providers, unstaffed hours and unstaffed homes cost more than missed inquiries, so recruiting is built in from day one.

The care plan is more than hosting. It keeps the site current, monitored and useful after launch. It includes managed hosting, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, content edit time for openings, staff and news, Google Business Profile work and local SEO. The monthly report focuses on inquiries, tour requests, calls and applicants.

Often, yes. We audit the existing site first. If it is accessible, fast and safe to maintain, we adopt it onto a care plan. If it is holding your inquiries or hiring back, we will tell you honestly and quote a rebuild instead.
