Home Care Website Design for Texas Agencies
Home care website design for agencies that need more family inquiries and caregiver applicants. Get clear service pages, real service area pages, fast mobile forms and useful reporting.

Who this is for
Independent home care agencies, private pay or Medicare-certified, that need two things from a website: families who call, and caregivers who apply. Most agencies we meet have a site that does neither, because it was built as a brochure and never touched again.
Two audiences, one site
A home care website has a split personality and it should embrace it. The family side answers what you do, where you do it, what it costs and how fast you can start. The caregiver side is a careers page that works on a phone in under a minute, because the people you need to hire are applying from a bus or between shifts.
- Service pages for personal care, companion care, respite and any specialty lines you run, written for the daughter researching for her father.
- One page for every city or county you serve, so you rank where the families actually live rather than only in the city your office sits in.
- A three-field mobile apply form, text-to-apply, and Indeed and ZipRecruiter feeds on the careers page.
- Inquiry forms on HIPAA-safe infrastructure with a signed BAA, never forwarded to a personal inbox.
- A rates and payment page: private pay hourly ranges, long-term care insurance, VA benefits, Medicaid programs you accept.
- A referral partner page for discharge planners, physicians and facilities, with what they need in one place.
Local SEO for agencies without a storefront
Home care is a service area business, which changes how Google treats you. Your Google Business Profile needs the right service areas rather than a single pin, your site needs a page per area, and your reviews need to mention the towns you serve. We set all of that up and keep it maintained, and the monthly report shows client inquiries and caregiver applicants as two separate numbers, because they are two separate problems.
Service area pages with something real to say
Changing a city name on the same paragraph does not make a useful local page. We only build pages for places your agency genuinely serves. Each one explains available services, response times, payment options, nearby referral relationships and how to start care in that area. The page earns its place in search because it helps a local family make a decision.
- A service page for each distinct type of care, with who it helps, what a visit includes and how care starts.
- A service area page for each genuine market, supported by one accurate Google Business Profile rather than fake locations.
- A rates and payment page covering private pay, minimum shifts, long-term care insurance and benefits you accept.
- A referral page for hospitals, physicians, senior living communities and care managers.
- A careers path that keeps job seekers out of the family inquiry form and takes under a minute on a phone.
Two conversion paths, two useful reports
Family inquiries and caregiver applications need separate forms, confirmations and follow-up owners. We track them separately from the first click through submission, so the monthly report can show which pages created assessment requests and which recruiting pages created qualified applicants. Call tracking can follow the same split without changing the number returning families already know.
What happens during the build
We begin with your services, service area, referral sources, payment options and hiring process. Then we map the pages, write the copy, design the key mobile views and connect the forms to the people responsible for replying. Before launch we preserve useful existing URLs, test every form, check the site with a keyboard and screen reader, and verify calls and submissions in reporting.
Plans and what they include
Launch is $4,500 to build plus $850 a month: up to 10 pages, careers page, service area pages and Google Business Profile. Growth starts at $7,500 plus $1,400 a month and adds condition-specific pages, recruiting landing pages and a local SEO campaign. Referral Engine is for agencies built on physician, hospital and facility referrals: discharge planner resources, multi-location and applicant tracking, from $12,000. All plans include hosting, security and monthly edits.
Questions we get asked
We are a new agency. Is this too early?
No. Launch exists for exactly that point. A small site that ranks for your towns and takes applications is more useful in month one than a large site is in month twelve.
Can the careers page connect to our scheduling or applicant software?
Usually yes. We feed applications into whatever you use now, and if you use nothing yet we set up a simple tracker so applicants stop getting lost in email.
Do you do Spanish versions?
Yes, as an add-on on Launch and included on Growth and above. In most Texas markets it is worth it for both families and caregivers.
What does "HIPAA-safe" mean for a contact form?
Submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on infrastructure that will sign a Business Associate Agreement, and delivered to your team without passing through a personal inbox or a free form tool.
Can you keep the local rankings our current website has?
That is part of the migration plan. We inventory pages that receive search traffic or links, keep valuable URLs where possible, and redirect any page that must move. We do not replace a working structure without measuring it first.
