Local SEO for Care Providers in Texas
Local SEO for senior living communities, home care agencies and IDD providers in Texas: Google Business Profile, a page for every town you serve, reviews, and the content families and case managers actually search for. Reported as tours, calls and applicants, not page views.

What local SEO means for a care provider
Families do not search for you. They search for "assisted living near me", "home care in Katy" or "HCS provider Fort Bend County", and Google answers with a map pack and a handful of pages. Being in that map pack and owning one of those pages is the whole job. It is a different discipline from general SEO, and most of the signals live outside your website: your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and whether your address and phone number agree everywhere they appear.
How we do it
- Google Business Profile claimed, categorized correctly, completed, posted to twice a month, with review monitoring and replies.
- One page for every city or county you serve, written about that place: neighborhoods, hospitals, referral partners, and what families there ask.
- Service pages that match how people search: "memory care", "respite care", "day habilitation", not your internal program names.
- Review generation built into your move-in or start-of-care process, and replies to every review including the hard ones.
- Citations cleaned up so your name, address and phone match on every directory that matters in your sector.
- Monthly reporting on map pack position for your towns, calls, tour or inquiry forms, and applicants.
By sector
Senior living SEO is a fight for the map pack in one town, won with reviews, photos and a page that reads like it was written there. Home care SEO is a service area problem: many towns, one office, so the profile and the area pages carry the weight. IDD provider SEO is mostly uncontested in Texas, which means a provider who publishes plain program pages and a county page can rank within months rather than years.
What we will not do
Buy links, spin up fake locations, stuff keywords into pages families have to read, or report page views as if they were results. Care providers are judged on trust, and the site should be too.
Questions we get asked
How long until we rank?
Map pack movement usually shows inside three months once the profile and reviews are in order. Organic pages for a town take three to six months on a new site, faster on an established one. IDD queries move faster because almost nobody is competing for them.
Can you do SEO on a site you did not build?
Yes, if we can edit it safely. We audit first and tell you whether the platform will hold us back.
Do you run ads?
Not as a core service. When a client needs paid search to cover a gap we will set up a small, tightly targeted campaign and report it honestly, but the care plan is built on organic and local search.
